Since 2010, the management company has been signatory of the Charte de la Diversité, which aims to foster pluralism and seek diversity. In 2019, the company also signed the Charte Sista which is designed to promote the place of women in the private equity industry and to increase the funds raised by companies founded or co-founded by women.
